Cancellation term

Cancellations must be sent in written form post or email. Compensations of minimum 100 € have to be paid if no replacement is found according to the following table: Cancellation 30 days in advance: 20% Cancellation 15-29 days in advance: 30% Cancellation 8-14 days in advance: 60% Cancellation 0-7 days in advance: 90% If a replacement is found, you only have to pay an expense allowance of 100 €. If you can't attend the journey or have to leave earlier than booked nights, you have to pay the full price. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. Important: We will refund all payment, if a stay is not permitted according to the current corona regulations.
