Welcome to the 2-room apartment no. 88 in Niendorf. The 45m² apartment is located on the first floor and can be booked for up to 3 people.

There is a spacious sofa bed in the living room from which you can comfortably watch TV while sitting or lying down. A large flat screen and Blu-ray player are available for this purpose. A selection of DVDs, audio books, books and board games are available for your leisure activities, so you can round off a beautiful day in the evening, for example. A separate dining area offers space for 4 people.
In the summer months, you can enjoy breakfast or coffee on the north-east-facing balcony.
The high-quality, fully equipped fitted kitchen, with 4 ceramic hobs, oven with hot air, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg stove, is equipped with numerous utensils so that nothing stands in the way of preparing delicious meals. Cookbooks are available for new ideas.

To relax and unwind, you can use the free swimming pool and sauna during opening hours, which is located on the top floor in annex 2 and can be reached by elevator. From the swimming pool you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. Swimming caps are compulsory in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 21:30. The sauna is open at weekends and on public holidays from 8:00 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 21:30 and is open for men and women as well as communal times.
In your bathing suit and with a towel, you can go to the Baltic Sea about 100 meters away and enjoy a dip in the sea.

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
