Arrival-Departure days any. Ideal for families. This is a stone house , restored to its former beauty; there's also a private garden with grass/a lawn . Playing on a lawn is much better! The 90cm thick walls cool the house in the summer. Private 300m² garden, no cement: Barbecue, table & chairs beneath the pergola. Fotos taken with my mobile phone, no special effect! The large complex has two additional holiday homes. Possibility of new friends! Guests only share the pool area with loungers, parasols and the pavilion. Pool without schedule, cleaned twice a day, also with water quality controll. Each house has a private garden and the spacious complex ensures that guests don't bother each other. All inclusive!

Swimming in/lounging at the pool, chatting with the other guests, read a book and relax in the private garden, walking, cycling, taking short trips, e.g. to see the frescoes (1400) in Beram, only 7 km from Muntrilj.
Muntrilj is centrally located. Many of the beautiful beaches with swimming spots can be reached by 20' car. Most of the attractions are also just a short drive away: The Euphrasian Basilica in Porec, the charming fishing village Rovinj, Pula with its Roman Arena, the ancient village Grosnjan, the frescoes (1400) in Beram, the medieval Hum Castle, Brijuni - a small archipelago in Croatia's Adriatic Sea, Vrsar, Motovun - still characterised by the Venetian occupation, Pazin Castle, and more.
Once you've reached Trieste, continue towards Koper, then in the direction of Pula; after crossing the border of Slovenia/Croatia, take the motorway to Pula and the exit Baderna, continue towards Pazin; after 5 km, turn left towards Muntrilj (signpost); Muntrilj is the first village you'll see. Once you see the signpost, drive 300m straight ahead, make a left, drive another 300m and you'll see the complex & building with the light blue windows.
