Es gibt ein Becken, in dem auch bei Wellengang das Wasser ruhig ist, so dass eigentlich immer gebadet werden kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully presented property in Syracuse, which had been recommended to us back in the UK.Although the property is managed by an agent, we met the owners on arrival who shared the same outdoor facilities, such as the pool and outdoor kitchen.The guest house is small as previously stated but the gorgeous garden and private patio area perfectly make up for it. The house was clean with all amenities listed provided and we felt very welcome.Despite the owners living onsite, together with their friendly dog and cat, we were given as much privacy as we needed yet were able to call upon them when required. The language barrier was swiftly resolved with the use of a translation app on our phones.Lovely touches included being served olives picked from the tree in the garden and homemade red wine from the local area.It was great to have free on street parking, which made the house an excellent base for various day trips to Syracuse, Marzememi, Noto, Vendicari nature reserve and the local ancient Greek and Roman theatre archaeological sites. We also visited some beautiful beaches and the sea was around 22deg end of October!What better way to enjoy local culture than to be part of it!"
