Cancellation term

Landlord/owner must receive written notice of cancellation for it be valid. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: up to 57 days before rental: 30% of the total rental price up to 36 days before rental: 50% of the total rental price from 35 days before rental: 70% of the total rental price from 10 days before rental: 100% of the total rental price We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
