The apartment is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda. From the 2 balconies, the garden, and the charming swimming pool (30 sqm), you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the charming town center of Gardola. Romantic alleys and various shops invite you for a leisurely stroll.
Moreover, you will find various shops, a bank, a gas station, a pharmacy, a medical practice, as well as cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, an olive oil mill, etc.
