Welcome to Haffkrug, to the 2-room apartment in Haus Brise, whose new building is currently being completed.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, is equipped for a maximum of 4 people and is easily accessible by elevator. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, sitting area, flat screen/cable TV, Blue Ray player, radio and W-LAN. Integrated here is the open kitchenette with all modern appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment) and the dining area for 4 people. Attached here is the furnished south-facing balcony with a limited view of the sea. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious closet and a TV. A modern bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC completes the apartment. The floors of this beautiful apartment are parquet and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
A bicycle cellar and communal room with washing machine can be used in the building. An underground parking space belongs to the apartment.

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The
