The high-quality, bright and friendly holiday apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is equipped for 2 people.
It has a spacious living room with a white high-gloss kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. The dining corner and the white leather sofa set invite you to linger comfortably. A large LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system, safe, ironing board and iron are available.
The shower room is equipped with a round glass shower, hair dryer and towel wall heater and the bedroom has a large white wooden double bed and black-out blinds. A high chair is available.
Outside parking space behind the house is available for the guests as well as 2 bicycles, which are available to guests free of charge in the separate cellar no. 2, but are not part of the rental agreement!!!
The terrace faces south-west and is also equipped with an awning for very sunny days.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The
aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant
providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
