Look forward to your holiday in the See0.5. apartment, because since spring 2014 everything is even more beautiful here. We have extensively renovated it for you and completely refurnished it with great attention to detail. The modern colors white and black dominate the furnishings of the entire apartment, while cayenne red color accents give the apartment an exclusive flair. The sophisticated furnishings leave nothing to be desired and therefore offer the best conditions for a relaxed and restful holiday.
The apartment, located on the raised ground floor, has a shower room, a separate bedroom and a living/bedroom with an adjoining open branded kitchenette. The technical equipment in the living area includes: flatscreen smart TV, CD-DVD/Blue/Ray player, hi-fi system with iPod docking station, Nintendo Wii. There is also WiFi available!
A comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for the 3rd person.
The modern kitchenette has a fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, smoothie maker, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine and all the inventory for daily use.
In the bedroom, a black-out blind and a fly screen ensure pleasant sleeping comfort. A hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, safe, umbrellas and board games round off the comfort of your stay. A table tennis table and a football table are available in the basement, as well as a sauna and a washing machine (for a fee).
The parking space no. 0.5 is at the back of the house, from where you can also easily reach the apartment via the back entrance.
The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
