This new 3-room apartment (spring 2014) in Scharbeutz is on the ground floor with a south-west facing terrace. It is only 400 m from the wonderful Baltic Sea beach and the new dune mile.
The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. The spacious living-dining area with kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven with grill, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, milk frother, etc.) has a comfortable seating area and an attractive dining area as well as a modern 46-inch, 3D, LED Smart TV, which lets you enjoy the TV program in HD quality. 3D Blue-Ray player, micro stereo system with Bluetooth and USB access, internet connection and WiFi. In one bedroom there is a beautiful double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a 32-inch LED Smart TV and a radio alarm clock. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm). When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
