The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. Should you withdraw from the rental agreement without having found someone else to rent the property during this period, you will have to pay for the economic damage. Expenses saved will be deducted, and the cancellation fee is calculated proportionally and as follows if no other tenant can be found for this period:
Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental: €300 deposit, up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 40% of the rental price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price, less than 14 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price.
For no-show on the same day 90% of the rental price
