You may cancel your trip at any time before the start of the rental period.
The cancellation should, for your own interest and for proof, always be made in writing. If you withdraw from the travel contract or do not commence the trip, we can demand reasonable compensation for the travel arrangements made and for our expenses. Our flat-rate claim for compensation (cancellation fee) is as follows:
free of charge up to 42 days before the start of the rental period,
50% of the rental price from 41 days before the start of the rental period,
70% of the rental price from 29 days before the start of the rental period,
90% of the rental price from 7 days before the start of the rental period.
